Limited visibility in location-based searches remains a practical problem for many micro enterprises. A good product is not necessarily easy to find when the business name, address, opening hours, contact number, and photos are not presented consistently online. This community service activity was conducted on 12 March 2026 in Room I2, Lecture Building of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Palangka Raya, and involved nine micro-enterprise partners in Palangka Raya. The activity assisted the partners in creating and organizing Google Business Profiles so that their business information could be found through Google Search and Google Maps. The assistance covered business name and category, map location, service area, opening hours, contact details, business description, photos, claiming and verification, and ethical responses to customer reviews. The activity showed an improvement in the participants’ ability to organize a more complete and consistent digital business identity. Participants were not merely guided to obtain an account or map pin; they also learned that the profile must be maintained through information updates, new photos, and responses to reviews. The immediate benefit was the availability of an accessible business-information channel without advertising expenditure. To sustain this benefit, participants received a profile-maintenance checklist and a post-activity monitoring mechanism.
