MSMEs continue to experience digital stagnation due to limited technical capabilities in managing online sales. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to analyze the impact of holistic e-commerce training and mentoring on the “COF.inco” store in Palangka Raya. A mixed-methods approach was used, featuring a pre-test and post-test design across six systematic stages: preparation, outreach, a three-day training session, 1–2 months of post-training mentoring, evaluation, and reporting. The results of the intervention demonstrated a significant increase in digital capacity and business performance. Participants’ average knowledge scores jumped from 40% to 90%, with 90% of participants now proficient in managing their online stores independently. Store operations successfully transitioned from manual to digital, triggering an average 35% increase in sales volume. In conclusion, ongoing mentoring is key to the successful digitalization of MSMEs. This bottom-up strategy has proven effective in boosting digital inclusion and is recommended as a national intervention model.
