This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Employer Branding, and Person-Organization Fit on Employee Engagement with Organizational Trust as a mediating variable. The study was conducted in Sungai Penuh City using a quantitative approach with a survey method applied to 150 permanent employees selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Employer Branding, and Person-Organization Fit have a positive and significant effect on both Organizational Trust and Employee Engagement. Organizational Trust is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, and significantly mediates the relationship between the three exogenous variables and Employee Engagement, with a partial mediation pattern. These findings confirm that strengthening transformational leadership style, a strong employer branding image, and value congruence between employees and the organization need to be accompanied by fostering organizational trust so that employee work engagement can be optimally formed. Managerial implications and policy recommendations for human resource development are also discussed
